France – Parking lot construction work – Construction of a 940-space park-and-ride facility

Opportunity Overview

This contract is divided into lots, and each lot is concluded at mixed prices: a fixed-price part and a unit-price part capped by a maximum amount. The maximum amount for each lot is indicated in this notice and in the letters of engagement. Each lot will be awarded separately. The description of the services is detailed in the Special Technical Conditions (CCTP). The contract duration is between the date of notification (the date indicated in this notice is for information purposes only) and the later of the following situations: the lifting of the last reservation or notification of the transaction or final judgment ending the last dispute with the contractor. The total contract duration shall not exceed 48 months. The overall timeframe for the execution of all services is 29 months.
